The Summer That Changes Their Game

Most summers, kids lose ground. Two months away from competition, away from coaching, away from the habits that made them better. FCP Summer League is built for families who refuse to let that happen.

This isn’t babysitting with basketballs. It’s a full season — a coached, competitive environment that runs through the summer months when other programs go quiet. Your child finishes the summer sharper, more confident, and ready for whatever comes next. Whether they’re five years old picking up their first ball, or fifteen fighting for a varsity spot, there’s a division here built for where they are and aimed at where they’re going.

Our program is advised by NBA veteran Kenny Anderson. Tuesday and Thursday evening games mean your days and weekends stay open. Military families from Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field receive a discount.

Season Details

• Season: June – July 2026
• Duration: 6 regular-season games + single-elimination playoff
• Game days: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6–8pm

Four Divisions, Built for Where Your Athlete Actually Is

Mini Division (K–2nd Grade, Ages 5–8) — $79 Where the love of the game gets built. 8-foot baskets so kids can actually make shots. Smaller balls that fit their hands. Coaching on the floor during every game.

Junior Division (3rd–5th Grade, Ages 8–11) — $99 This is where basketball starts to feel like basketball. Real plays, real teamwork, real competition at an age when it actually sticks.

Intermediate Division (6th–8th Grade, Ages 11–14) — $129 The division where athletes separate. Full-court pressure, real offensive sets, defensive schemes. Summer reps that translate to school-year results.

Senior Division (9th–12th Grade, Ages 15–18) — $149 Competitive reps for high school athletes who want to come back in the fall sharper, stronger, and harder to guard than when they left.

• 6 regular-season games + playoff bracket

Discounts

• Sibling: $20 off per additional child in the same family
• Military: $20 off for active-duty service members and veterans
• Sibling: $20 off per additional child from the same family

Discounts can be combined. Payment plans are available for all divisions.

How Teams Are Formed

Same as all FCP Sports leagues: teams are drafted for competitive balance. Players are evaluated and distributed so games stay tight and meaningful. Friend requests are accommodated when possible but never at the expense of a fair draft.

Why Tuesday and Thursday Evenings?

Summer in Northwest Florida means heat. Our facility is climate-controlled, but evening games from 6-8pm just fit summer life better. You get your days open for the beach, family trips, or daytime camps. And your weekends stay open – no Saturday morning alarms during the one time of year you do not need them.

Pair It With Summer Camp

Many families combine our summer league with FCP Sports basketball camps for a complete summer of development. Camp runs during the day, league games happen in the evening. Your child gets skills training and competitive game experience in the same week.
