FCP Sports refund and cancellation policy for camps, leagues, lessons, and gym rentals in Fort Walton Beach.

We run a tight, professionally managed program. This policy exists so every family knows exactly where they stand before they register — no surprises, no exceptions after the fact. Read it once, register with confidence.
Basketball Camps

| After camp has started | No refund for missed days, regardless of reason |
To cancel, email [email protected] or call 850.961.2323. Cancellations are processed in the order received; your cancellation date is the date FCP Sports confirms receipt.
Saturday League

League spots are limited. Late cancellations prevent other players from joining, which is why the window is firm.
Private Lessons
- 24+ hours notice: Reschedule at no charge. One free reschedule per booking window.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Lesson is forfeited. Full charge applies.
- No-show: Lesson is forfeited. Full charge applies. No exceptions.
If your coach cancels, you receive a full reschedule or refund — your choice.
Gym Rental

Gym rental cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
If FCP Sports Cancels
If we cancel a program for any reason:
- Full refund within 5 business days — no questions asked.
- Or full credit toward any future FCP Sports program (your choice).
We will notify you by phone and email as soon as a cancellation decision is made.
What Is Never Refundable
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- T-shirts, uniforms, and equipment once issued
- Multi-week bundle savings if you drop below the qualifying number of weeks (e.g., bundle pricing applied at 2 weeks; if you cancel one, the remaining week reverts to single-week price and the difference is not refunded)
- Late fees or returned payment fees
- Credit card processing fees ($5 per transaction)
Weather & Illness
Weather cancellations: FCP Sports makes all weather-related calls. We will attempt to reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible, a program credit is issued — no cash refund. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Minor injury or illness mid-camp: No partial refund. A pro-rated credit may be issued at FCP Sports’ sole discretion.
Documented major medical emergency: Full credit toward any FCP Sports program, valid for 12 months from the original program date. Written documentation from a licensed physician is required.
How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your name, your child’s name, the program, and your reason.
- We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
