A $250 security deposit is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the facility after the rental period. The deposit may be waived at the discretion of FCP Sports management.

Facility Usage Policies

SCHEDULING: All gym rental requests must be submitted in advance. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. All scheduling changes must be made in writing and approved by FCP Sports management. Contact [email protected] or call 850.961.2323.

INSURANCE: Renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance with at least $1,000,000 in General Liability listing FCP Sports LLC as additional insured on the date(s) of rental. A copy of the insurance certificate must be provided to FCP Sports at least 14 days before the scheduled rental date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250 security deposit is required for all gym rentals. The deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after the rental, provided no damage has occurred and all terms of this agreement have been met. The deposit may be waived at the discretion of FCP Sports management.

PAYMENT: Full payment for rental hours is due prior to the rental date. Rates are $125/hour for full court and $75/hour for half court.

DAMAGES: The renter is responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly to the renter.

LIABILITY: FCP Sports LLC is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or losses incurred by the renter, their organization, participants, or spectators during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all persons present during the rental.

INDEMNIFICATION: The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FCP Sports LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the renter's use of the facility.

Facility Rules

  1. No alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the gym or on FCP Sports property.
  2. Disorderly conduct, abusive language, threats, or physical altercations will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
  3. All accidents, breakage, or loss of FCP Sports property must be reported to FCP Sports management immediately.
  4. The renter is responsible for cleanliness. The gym must be left in the same condition as it was found.
  5. Only non-marking athletic shoes are permitted on the gym floor. No street shoes, boots, or cleats.
  6. No food or drinks on the gym floor. Water bottles with caps are permitted courtside.
  7. Moving of FCP Sports equipment (goals, bleachers, racks) is not permitted without prior approval.
  8. The renter must provide a responsible adult (21+) on-site at all times during the rental period to serve as the point of contact for FCP Sports staff.
  9. No vehicles may be driven or parked in unauthorized areas. Use designated parking only.
  10. FCP Sports is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
  11. The renter must comply with posted occupancy limits and fire safety regulations at all times.
  12. FCP Sports reserves the right to cancel any rental or restrict access to the gym due to emergency, severe weather, facility damage, or safety concerns.
  13. All FCP Sports rules and regulations listed here and posted at the facility must be followed.

Failure to follow the facility use guidelines may result in cancellation without refund. By signing, renter certifies that he/she is 21 years of age or older and agrees to follow all facility rules and regulations as stated above.
